This is a step by step guide on the process of importing contacts into SugarCRM or any customized versions of SugarCRM
Open Contacts
Under Marketing select Contacts
Start the Import wizard
Click "Import" to bring up the import wizard
Uploading a "CSV" file
Follow the sequence to proceed to Import step 2
Find your local ".CSV" to import
Click "Browse" to locate your prepared document
Map your Data
Map the database fields to your header row. Then click "Import"
Complete the Import
If all is ok, click "Import Complete" to finish
