How to access SBS Server Data Storage

Your provides its Staff with network storage via the Network. This storage should be utilized for any company related files and documents. This storage provides a plethora of advantages over the storage on your personal computer, such 2x daily file backups, virus protection and instant data recovery.
Note: If you are in a remote location you need to first establish a VPN connection on the Company Network see "How to Join the Company Network as a first-time user" and "How to connect to the Company Network" Lessons
Open your Computer
1 - Click "Start"
2 - Click "Computer"
Map your network drive
Click "Map network drive"
Enter the path to your folder
1 - Pick a Drive Letter (You can leave at default)
2 - Enter the path to your shared folder, the path must be: "\\<server Address>\UserShares\username" replace username with your actual username. your "username" is the name just before @domain.com, for example if your email address is johndoe@domain.com then your user name is johndoe.
3 - Click "Finish"
Drive is now ready for use
You can now transfer data to the drive and use it as you would any other drive.
